Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) market. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.
We will need your talents for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies that increase the market share of AEG and Electrolux solar products, and drive revenue growth in the assigned territories.
- Building and managing relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, and partners
- Collaborating with different departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Distributing sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to upper management
- Providing training and education to customers, distributors, partners, and internal sales team members
- Maintaing up-to-date sales records, presentations, and proposals

What you´ll add to the equation:
- Proficiency in German and English – since you already live in Germany
- At least 5-8 years of experience in sales and business development in the renewable energy, mainly PV modules, manufacturer, or specialized distributor
- Excellent knowledge of sales and business operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and planning
- A strong network of contacts within the renewable energy, battery, or energy storage industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural, and international environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
