New AEG sets for residential solar: high and low voltage hybrid inverters, modular storage & hybrid back-contact modules
Solar Solutions Group, official provider of AEG solar modules, inverter and storage solutions under license from AB Electrolux, will participate in Europe´s leading solar exhibition The Smarter E in Munich from May 7th to 9th introducing the newest product lines for residential and small commercial plants, which encompass new combinations of matching hybrid inverters and stackable batteries for low-voltage and high-voltage installations, and the newest hybrid back-contact and N-Type solar modules up to 630 Wp. The new product lineup reflects the Group’s continued investment in a full-circle clean energy ecosystem—designed for flexibility, scalability, and superior energy yields for homes and small businesses.

New Hybrid Inverters and Stackable Modular Energy Storage – scalable solutions for increased energy needs
The range of hybrid inverters, paired with the modular energy storage systems are designed to work seamlessly together, providing reliable, smart, and scalable solar energy solutions for both residential and commercial systems. The products are developed with Solar Solutions´ technology partner Solplanet.
The Single-Phase Hybrid Inverter (3 kW – 6 kW) is designed to complement the stackable Low-Voltage Battery Storage System (5.1 kWh – 20.4 kWh, 4 modules), offering a compact and efficient solution for residential applications. It makes for an easy-to-install, scalable energy storage system with low consumption, improved accuracy, and enhanced safety features.
The Three-Phase Hybrid Inverters (8 kW – 30 kW) are ideally suited for larger installations and connect seamlessly with the stackable High-Voltage Battery Storage System (7.5 kWh – 20 kWh, 3 to 8 battery modules, supporting 4 units in parallel). This is ideal for larger, more energy-intensive installations. The battery´s modular design allows users to scale energy storage as needed, offering flexibility to meet growing energy demands. – whether you need energy for self-consumption, time-of-use optimization, or to design a custom energy solution.
This tiered approach allows for incremental increases in power as needed, providing a perfect solution for a wide range of applications, from smaller homes to expansive commercial properties.
Hybrid Back-Contact Solar Modules – Design Meets Performance
Making their debut in 2025, AEG’s hybrid back-contact solar modules combine advanced N-type cell technology with a full-black, contact-free front surface for elevated performance and sleek aesthetics. These modules deliver up to 24% efficiency with a maximum output of 470 Wp in 108-cell formats, and are available in both glass-glass and glass-backsheet configurations.
These modules integrate back-contact architecture with hybrid interconnection designs, ensuring minimal resistive losses and high light absorption. Ideal for residential rooftops, they deliver superior performance in limited space and enhance the building’s visual appeal—especially in full-black installations.
Solar Solutions will further exhibit the successful N-type glass-glass bifacial solar modules with 108 rectangular M10 (RM10) cells, compact with their <2m 2 surface and power up to 460 Wp, in their full black version perfect for residential installations; and RM10 modules with 144 and 132 cells modules, especially tailored for commercial installations thanks to their high power of 600 Wp and 630 Wp respectively.
