Einfach ausgedr\u00fcckt, werden vorgeschnittene kristalline Silizium-Solarzellen (Schindeln) zu Solarmodulen zusammengesetzt, die wie Ziegel auf einem Dach \u00fcbereinander liegen. Der hohe Modulwirkungsgrad (bis zu 21,4 % bei 425 Wp f\u00fcr Standard&#8220;-Module und bis zu 21,1 % bei 420 Wp Ultra Black, aktuelle Leistungsklassen), der durch die Verwendung von G12-Wafer-basierten Schindeln erm\u00f6glicht wird, sorgt f\u00fcr eine optimale Balance des Systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00d6HERE MECHANISCHE FESTIGKEIT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Klebstoffe (einschlie\u00dflich leitf\u00e4higer Klebeb\u00e4nder und -folien) werden seit 2001 in der Elektronikindustrie in gro\u00dfem Umfang eingesetzt und k\u00f6nnen bei der Entwicklung von Solarmodulen vorteilhaft verwendet werden. Der Niedertemperatur-Klebeauftrag, der das Hochtemperatur-Sammelschienenl\u00f6ten ersetzt, minimiert die thermische Belastung, die zum Verbiegen der Zellen und zur Bildung von Mikrorissen f\u00fchren kann. Der Einsatz von ECA minimiert au\u00dferdem die Widerstandsverluste, die normalerweise durch die thermische Ausdehnung der gel\u00f6teten Stromschienen entstehen.<\/p>\n<p>Auch das Design der Schaltkreise tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, die Leistung und den Widerstand zu verbessern. Die Kombination von Reihen- und Parallelschaltung erm\u00f6glicht eine bessere Beschattungsleistung.
