Vereinfacht gesagt, werden vorgeschnittene kristalline Silizium-Solarzellen (Schindeln) wie Dachziegel zu Solarmodulen \u00fcbereinander montiert. Der hohe Modulwirkungsgrad (bis zu 21,4 % bei 425 Wp f\u00fcr Standard-Module und bis zu 21,1 % bei 420 Wp Ultra Black, aktuelle Leistungsklassen), der durch die Verwendung von G12-Wafer-basierten Schindeln erm\u00f6glicht wird, sorgt f\u00fcr eine optimale Systembilanz.<\/p><p><strong>H\u00d6HERE MECHANISCHE FESTIGKEIT<\/strong><\/p><p>Klebstoffe (einschlie\u00dflich leitf\u00e4higer Klebeb\u00e4nder und -folien) werden seit 2001 in der Elektronikindustrie in gro\u00dfem Umfang eingesetzt und k\u00f6nnen bei der Entwicklung von Solarmodulen vorteilhaft genutzt werden. Das Aufbringen von Klebstoffen bei niedrigen Temperaturen, die das Hochtemperatur-Busbar-L\u00f6ten ersetzen, minimiert die thermische Belastung, die zum Verbiegen der Zellen und zur Bildung von Mikrorissen f\u00fchren kann. Die Verwendung von ELK minimiert au\u00dferdem die Widerstandsverluste, die normalerweise durch die thermische Ausdehnung der gel\u00f6teten Stromschienen entstehen.<\/p><p>Das Schaltungsdesign tr\u00e4gt ebenfalls dazu bei, die Leistung zu erh\u00f6hen und den Widerstand zu verbessern. Die Kombination von Reihen- und Parallelschaltung erm\u00f6glicht eine bessere Beschattungsleistung.
